1- Warranty Manager

Location: Buffalo, NY

Key Responsibilities:

•          Perform wide variety of warranty tests & troubleshooting using broad scope of testing equipment

•          Supervise Test Technicians

•          Identify errors & propose compliant solutions

•          Install, test, adjust, and troubleshoot various components

•          Complete & maintain required test documentation

•          Follow direction of Deputy Project Director

•          Perform additional duties as needed

•          Adhere to all organizational policies & procedures

Key Requirements:

•          Minimum 5 years warranty experience in rail industry

•          Pass pre-employment and random FTA/DOT Drug/Alcohol tests

•          Proficient in use of wide variety of warranty testing/troubleshooting equipment

•          Prepare project financial reports

•          Collaborate with other internal team members

•          Prepare budgets & forecasts

•          Analyze project financial data to ensure accuracy & reliability

•          BA in related field

•          5 years Project Analyst experience in rail industry

Qualifications:

Key qualifications include, but not limited to:

•          Minimum 3 years Electrical/Mechanical Test Technician experience in rail industry

•          Ability to read assembly & electrical/mechanical drawings/schematics

•          Test, troubleshoot, repair & maintain electrical/mechanical systems

•          Troubleshoot & repair electrical controls & key industrial support equipment

•          Write, review & revise standard operating procedures relative to facility equipment/systems

•          Document Field Service reports

•          PC proficiency

•          Knowledge of proper use of hand tools

•          Pre-employment & random FTA/DOT drug/alcohol testing
