MICHAEL A. LOUNDES
Vice President, General Manager Operations
Mr. Loundes joined AnsaldoBreda in January 2005 to lead the company’s operations and increased vertical integration activities, including facility management, supply chain and project delivery.  Mike’s extensive rail transportation background includes multiple executive positions in engineering, operations, and manufacturing with impressive results in new product development, systems integration, and technology transfer.  Prior positions include Executive Vice President at Super Steel Products Corporation, Senior Program Manager at General Electric Transportation Systems, and Senior Technical Engineer at British Rail with considerable knowledge in truck & bogie design, vehicle structures (including monocoque), reliability engineering and propulsion manufacturing.  Mike holds both Masters and Bachelors of Science Degrees in Engineering from Gannon University and the University of Central England respectively.

FRANCESCO CANTATORE
Vice President - Supply Chain Management & Cost Control.

Mr. Cantatore joined Ansaldobreda in June 2005 to establish company’s Supply Chain Management with new focus on strategic planning, strengthening of key suppliers relationship and greater integration with manufacturing. Francesco background includes several industries and multinational companies covering different positions in engineering, project management, operations, procurement and extensive global travel. Prior positions include Director of Indirect Procurement at Marconi Communications Inc., Project Manager and Lead Engineer at Ansaldo Nuclear Division, research work at CNR (Italian National Research Council) and published papers on nuclear energy engineering. Francesco holds Doctor’s degree from the University of Genoa in Electronic Engineering.

TIZIANO SITTA
Director - Finance, Treasury & Accounting.

Mr. Sitta joined AnsaldoBreda in May 2007 to lead the Financial and Accounting activities toward business growth and profitability in the US market.  Tiziano has held several positions in the manufacturing industry as a business analyst, project and financial controller.  Tiziano holds a bachelor in business administration from LUISS University of Rome.

RINO ALESSANDRINI
Director - Warranty, Service, Customer Support
Mr. Alessandrini joined Ansaldobreda, Inc., on November 2005 as Director of Warranty, Technical Services and Customer Support. He brings along 30 years of experience in the automotive division having held various Management and Executive positions worldwide. In the last 10 years, his talents and experiences have contributed to the success in the opening of two significant world markets, consisting of China and the USA. Developing and implementing an efficient ABI After Sales Structure. He has also Provided a strong technical support that involves Warranty, Parts Management, Inventory Control, Technical Publications, and Training activities for various companies In the USA and abroad. His goal is to provide a constant, efficient customer service and support to ABI/s clients. Rino has studied in England and Italy with mechanical and technical training programs here and abroad.

LORENZO REFFREGER
Director – Marketing, Sales, Service

Mr. Reffreger joined AnsaldoBreda in May 2007 to lead the Sales & Marketing activities and to create a Service department to concentrate on the maintenance, supply chain and renovation needs of our customers. Lorenzo has been in the rail transportation industry for the past 10 years having held several executive positions in operations, marketing/sales and sourcing in Mexico City, Paris, Madrid, the United States and the Middle East with outstanding results in market penetration, improved customer satisfaction and profitability. Prior positions include Director Bids and Proposals, Director Parts and Replacement Units and Global Export Sales Manager, all with Alstom Transport. Lorenzo holds a Bachelor of Law.

MICHAEL E. STERLING
Director - Production Operations
Mr. Sterling joined AnsaldoBreda in March 2006, bringing over 20 years of Transit experience.  Mike is responsible for improving the velocity of product introduction across the business with a focus on improved quality and reliability.  Mike’s background and experience in rail transportation includes management positions in engineering, manufacturing operations and project management.  His experience includes new product development, manufacturing facilities planning, systems integration, production planning, inventory control, & coordinating activities with purchasing, manufacturing and Quality Assurance.  Prior positions include President of Sterling Concepts Inc., Vice President at JRL Enterprises Inc, Transit Division, Mechanical Applications Manager at Union Switch and Signal, and Director of Manufacturing at Siemens/Transcontrol.  Mike holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Industrial Technology from Salem International University.
